I’ve been in the fitness industry my whole life — but I haven’t always had it figured out.

After years as a professional footballer and fitness model, life threw me a curveball. I lost momentum, gained 3.5 stone, and struggled with my identity, my health, and my confidence. I know what it feels like to not recognise yourself — and I also know what it takes to come back from it.

Now, I run The Change House with one goal: to help people create real, lasting change.
